Wonderglot is made by one person. Write to [email protected] and you will reach me directly, usually within a day.

It helps to say which language you were learning, what you were doing when it went wrong, and whether you are on the iPhone app or the website.

Every scenario is written by a person and screened automatically before it goes live, but screening does not catch everything. Open the scenario, tap the actions button next to Start chat, and choose Report. Pick the rule you think it breaks and add anything I should know.

Reports are reviewed within 24 hours, and anything that breaks the content guidelines is removed. You can report without an account. If you would rather not use the app, write to [email protected] with a link to the scenario.

From that same actions button you can block a creator. Everything they publish stops appearing in Explore for you, they are never told, and you can undo it under Blocked creators in Profile.

Plus bought in the iPhone app is billed by Apple, and only Apple can cancel it. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Wonderglot. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep Plus until then.

If you have paid but the app still shows you as free, tap Restore purchases at the bottom of the Plus screen. If that does not fix it, write to [email protected] and I will sort it out.

Open Profile, scroll to Delete account, and confirm. This removes your account, your chats, your saved words, and any scenarios you published. It cannot be undone.

Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel that first, using the steps above, or Apple will keep charging you.

If you signed up with an email address, use the reset link on the sign-in screen. If you used Apple or Google, sign in the same way you did the first time: your account is tied to that provider rather than to a password.
